I am a strategic operations and transformation leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations turn complex work into clearer, more effective systems.

My career has included leadership roles and projects with companies such as Amazon, Accenture, Microsoft Advertising, and Saas companies, as well as consulting work with organizations including EY, universities, incubators, public institutions, NGOs, and growing businesses across multiple countries. (Americas, EMEA, APAC).

I have built and scaled teams, led cross-functional programs, supported global operations, managed portfolios worth more than $120 million, and helped organizations improve how they plan, communicate, make decisions, and execute.

My background began in marketing, growth, and creative work, but over time I became increasingly focused on the systems behind performance: operating models, governance, process design, transformation, and organizational clarity.

I am at my best when the work is important, the environment is complex, and the path forward is not yet obvious.

I help leaders and teams make sense of that complexity, define what matters, and build practical ways of working that people can actually use.

I am based in Costa Rica and work across strategy, operations, transformation, program leadership, and AI-enabled process improvement.

Outside of work, I am interested in technology, design, photography, music, spirituality, and understanding how people and organizations create meaning, momentum, and change.
