I'm a big fan of podcasts, you can easily listen to them while driving, working out, or depending on the task even working. In the last couple of years, the number of podcasts in all languages coming out has been a bit overwhelming, and this is I wanted to give you my curated list.

I'm a super fan of these two girls, no shame at all. Emily Thompson and Kathleen Shannon have made the best combination of enthusiastic motivation combined with clever business tools for anyone who is starting a business. They are both somewhat quirky and highly entertaining, delivering a nice and accessible podcast for English speaking female-preneurs everywhere. Pro-Tip: They have tons of great resources, their CEO Day kit, checklists and live events are worth your time.

The queen of the empire, Sophia Amoruso hosts a podcast that takes us on in-depth conversations with industry greats, in all industries. The intersectional woman from all over the world who have created incredible businesses and companies, share with Girlboss´unique conversation style all the secrets and answers to questions we´ve always had. She has conversations not only with company builders but also with athletes, investors, artists, and creatives to understand the process and how they´ve built resilience.

Amy Porterfield is one of the leading experts in the US on everything online and how to get real results when marketing to audiences all sizes. Her business content is also pretty amazing and actionable because as Sophia Amoruso she has built a million-dollar business on her own. Protip: Her podcast is currently rated as the top marketing podcast, and that is a tough act to follow.

She is an ambassador of purpose and constantly provides fantastic tools to be more resilient, learn from every opportunity and overall stay very positive. always.

If you are looking to make your work much more efficient, and to be able to take more business but still be super effective, this is where you can learn it. Jordan Gill is an expert creating systems for business to streamline their process. She discusses´ with different influencers weekly how each step of the way can be improved and overall implemented. Bonus - For the sisterhood: Call your girlfriend

Even if this it´s not a podcast solely about business, it´s an inspiring and empowering show that talks woman-everything from business hurdles to what is happening in the world and motivational content. Just listen to it, there is so many interesting things to learn which and so many interesting woman that they interview. Totally worth it.
