I’m Ana Laura Mora, an operations and delivery leader working at the intersection of strategy, execution, and scale. I help organizations bring clarity to complex environments — aligning teams, processes, and systems to improve performance and drive results.

I focus on solving the operational friction that slows teams down — unclear ownership, misalignment, and inconsistent execution. I’m often brought in when things aren’t working as they should, and I help bring structure, visibility, and momentum back into the system.

I’ve worked across global organizations, consulting environments, and high-growth digital businesses. At Accenture, I helped scale a multi-region digital sales operation across the Americas, India, Japan, and Australia, working across revenue, delivery, and cross-functional teams. At Amazon, I led creative campaign operations for Tier 1 entertainment brands in North America and EMEA, improving workflows, alignment, and execution at scale. I’ve also supported growing businesses in building the systems and processes needed to scale effectively.

Most organizations don’t struggle with strategy, they struggle with execution. My approach is grounded in clarity, ownership, and practical systems that teams can actually use. I focus on aligning people, processes, and performance so work moves forward in a consistent and scalable way.

I also come from a creative background, which helps me balance structured thinking with a strong understanding of how people work and communicate. I value clarity, autonomy, and building environments where teams can do their best work without unnecessary friction.
